Cambridge and Norwich Early Dance Weekends
Last Updated on Saturday, 11 July 2015

Since 1984 the Society has organised an annual residential weekend course in or around Cambridge each April, with a visiting tutor, often from abroad. The responsibility for these weekends is now shared alternately with Norwich Historic Dance. Each course concentrates on a particular style and period.

The Early Dance Weekend in 2012 was from the 10th-12th of February. The subject matter was 15th century Italian dance with Veronique Daniels as tutor.

The 2013 Early Dance weekend on 16th century Italian dance was held on 6th and 7th April, with Hazel Dennison tutoring.

Norwich Historic Dance arranged the 2014 Early Dance Weekend which was held at Westminster College, Cambridge, 12-13 April with Sasza Zargowski.
